Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Batch Brain platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. User-Generated Content

Users may post content including but not limited to: feed posts, comments, chat messages, blog comments, and publication reviews (collectively "User Content").

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant Batch Brain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and modify your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

3. Prohibited Content & Behavior

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate content removal and account termination:

• Harassment & Bullying: Any content that harasses, intimidates, or bullies others.
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Spam & Scams: Unsolicited commercial content, phishing attempts, or fraudulent schemes.
• Inappropriate Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, excessive violence, gore, or content depicting illegal activities.
• Self-Harm: Content that promotes, glorifies, or encourages self-harm or suicide.
• Impersonation: Pretending to be another person or entity.
• Privacy Violations: Sharing others' private information without their consent.

4. Content Moderation

We employ automated filtering systems to detect and block prohibited content. All User Content may be subject to review by our moderation team. We reserve the right to remove any content at our sole discretion.

5. Flagging & Reporting

Users can flag objectionable content using the "Report" button available on every post, comment, and message. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Upon review:

• Objectionable content will be removed immediately.
• The user who posted the objectionable content may be permanently ejected from the platform.
• Repeat offenders will have their accounts terminated without warning.

6. Blocking Abusive Users

You may block any user at any time. When you block a user:

• Their content is immediately removed from your feed and views.
• They cannot message you or interact with your content.
• The blocked user's content is automatically flagged for review by our moderation team.

Blocking is available on user profiles, in direct messages, and on any content item.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users terminated for violations of our zero-tolerance policy forfeit any right to a refund for paid services.

8. Appeals

If you believe your content was removed or your account was suspended in error, you may contact us at support@batchbrain.com to appeal. Appeals are reviewed within 72 hours.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes and must accept the updated terms to continue using the Service.
